- 1 ½ oz. Bacardi white rum
- 2 oz. orange juice
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. lime juice and ¼ oz

Recipe / Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Santanera Organic Tequila
- ½ oz. of Damiana liqueur
- 1 oz. of lime juice
- 1 oz. of natural syrup
Mix all ingredients in the shaker with ice. Strain into Martini glass and finish with Grand Marnier foam and Bitters. Top foam with a dash of Chile Poblano and garnish with an orange twist.

Hi Judy, it’s a sweet yet light herbal-based liqueur from Mexico (the Baja area) made using the damiana herb that grows in this area. The bottle is pretty cool as it’s shaped like an Incan Goddess. The Damiana Margarita is very popular in the Los Cabos area of Mexico and Mexican margarita folklore says that the very first margarita ever made was made with Damiana Liqueur (not that silly French liqueur).
